At Trips Taker, we understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. Our Cancellation and Refund Policy is designed to be transparent and fair, adhering to both rental brand regulations and US Consumer Law.

Reference to Car Rental Policies

Most car rental reservations are subject to specific rules regarding cancellations and refunds. These rules vary by rental brand, vehicle class, and location. We strongly recommend reviewing the rules provided at the time of booking. Some promotional rates may be non-refundable or incur significant cancellation fees.

Our Cancellation Fees

In addition to any fees charged by the rental company, Trips Taker may charge a service fee for processing cancellations and refunds. This fee covers the administrative costs associated with managing your booking on your behalf.

Standard Vehicles: USD $50 per reservation

Luxury/SUVs: USD $100 per reservation

        These fees are non-refundable.

Refund Process

If you are eligible for a refund, we will process your request as quickly as possible. The timeline for receiving funds depends on the rental brand's processing time, which can range from 1 to 4 weeks. Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment.

Non-Refundable Taxes and Fees

Please note that certain taxes, surcharges, and service fees may be non-refundable, even if the base rate is refundable. This is determined by the rental partner and relevant authorities.

Travel Insurance

We highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness or accidents. This can provide you with financial protection and peace of mind.

Contact Us for Cancellations

To request a cancellation or refund, please contact our support team immediately at +1 (855) 350-0136 or email support@tripstaker.com. We will guide you through the process and help you understand your options.
