The services provided by the Bhartiya Seva Educational Sangthan Trust (BSES Trust) are made available to you for your personal and professional use only. By accessing and using our platform, you agree to abide by the following Account and Payment Policy.

Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your BSES Trust account password and login credentials. You are also responsible for all activities that occur under your account. BSES Trust reserves the right to refuse or terminate service to anyone at any time, without notice, for any reason that violates our guidelines or policies.

Payment Terms

All payments towards BSES Trust membership fees, subscription charges, or activity fees must be made through the approved payment channels as specified on our official website. Payments must be completed in full unless the Executive Committee has granted a specific instalment arrangement in writing. All fees, once paid, are non-refundable and non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use IPMA's platform in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations. You agree that you will not:

• Upload or distribute any content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, fraudulent, or obscene.
• Infringe upon another party's intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights.
• Engage in any activity that violates this Agreement or any other policy of BSES Trust.
• Authorize or encourage any third party to use your credentials on this platform.

Enforcement

Violation of any of the above terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your membership, and may subject you to legal consequences under applicable laws. BSES Trust reserves the right to investigate your use of the platform in order to determine whether a violation of this Agreement has occurred or to comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
