Refund & Cancellation Policy

The Bhartiya Seva Educational Sangthan Trust (BSES Trust) is committed to the welfare and betterment of its members and the organization as a whole. Please read this Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making any payment to BSES Trust.

Non-Refundable Charges

Any charges for membership, activities, events, certifications, or subscriptions that are directly hosted or organized by BSES Trust — or where BSES Trust is jointly involved — are generally non-refundable. This policy applies to all payments made towards:

• Membership registration and renewal fees.
• Training programs, workshops, or seminars organized by BSES Trust.
• Application processing fees.

Exceptional Cancellations

Requests for cancellation may be considered only in cases of:

• Death of the member.
• Serious illness (with supporting medical documentation).
• Natural calamity or force majeure situations.

Such cancellations shall be at the sole discretion of the Association. Requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the date of payment.

Refund Process

Approved refunds shall be initiated only after approval in the immediate Managing Committee meeting following the said cancellation request. Refund timelines:

• If payment was made by credit/debit card, the refund will be issued to the original card used.
• If payment was made via payment gateway, the refund will be credited to the same account/source.
• All refunds shall be processed via Cheque / IMPS / NEFT / RTGS only.

Policy Amendment

The Managing Committee reserves the full right to amend, modify, or update this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any refund approved by the Managing Committee shall be considered final and binding.
